All questions go through the members help centre.
Account and billing
Log-in problems, payments, cancelling and refunds are handled by the help centre. You can cancel yourself in Settings > Billing, and delete your account through avatar > Settings > Delete Account. Log in help covers the common problems.
Reporting a profile
If a member asks for money, makes threats or seems not to be who they say, contact the help centre with the profile's username and what happened, and keep screenshots. Threats or fraud should also go to the police; our safety page lists where to report in each country.
Press, and errors on this website
Journalists should mark their message as a media enquiry; see press and research. If you spot a mistake on this website, tell us through the help centre with the page address.
